Brandon Blanco is the Principal Broker of the Alpha Realty Group & is a Military Relocation Professional. With over 9 years of service to the U.S Army, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & over 5 years of residential transactions, Brandon brings his unique skillset to each of his client's experience to ensure their individual needs are properly met.
When Brandon isn't assisting families in the Northern Virginia area; he spends his time with his wife, 2 children, & 2 dogs. They enjoy shopping for attractive things to redecorate, trying out new foods & attending the occasional motorcycle meet.
As both an Army veteran & father, Brandon knows the importance of finding the right house for families and our nation’s heroes.
With over a combined 13 years of experience in real estate & banking, Demetrio is profound in financing & establishing the right connections for getting clients the best loan possible. Demetrio studied Business at Western Michigan University & has lived in Fredericksburg, Arlington & Woodbridge, Virginia. He is also a former restaurant owner.
With this extensive background, it is no question that Demetrio is passionate about hard work ethic & is familiar with the Virginia market. When Demetrio is not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife & children. He also coaches kids soccer on the weekends & attends church. You can also find him fishing & swimming. As an all-around family man & father of two, Demetrio understands the importance of family.

Breanna became a realtor in 2023 after many years of being interested in Real Estate. She is a mother of two little girls and was an elementary school teacher for over 10 years. Breanna became a Realtor because she has always been interested in everything involved with real estate. She also became a Realtor for the flexibility it offers, so that she can spend more time with her children.
